The short version: use the tools fairly, and the data is provided as-is.
1. Acceptance
By using tubelyst.com ("Tubelyst"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What Tubelyst provides
Tubelyst provides free tools that read and display public YouTube data - video tags, channel keywords, video metadata, descriptions, and upload-timing patterns. All tools are provided free of charge; there is no paid plan.
3. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to bypass the daily look-up limits (for example by automating requests across many IP addresses or accounts), scrape the site programmatically outside normal browser use, or use the tools to harass, dox, or target any individual creator or channel. We reserve the right to block access for abusive or automated traffic.
4. Accounts
Creating an account is optional and only raises your daily look-up limit. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can request deletion of your account at any time via the contact page.
5. Data accuracy & YouTube API Services
All data shown is sourced live from the YouTube Data API and reflects what YouTube itself reports at the time of the lookup; Tubelyst does not verify, estimate, or alter it. Data may be briefly cached, so very recent changes on YouTube can take a short time to appear. Tubelyst uses the YouTube API Services and your use of the site is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
6. No warranty
Tubelyst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the tools will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted - YouTube API outages or quota limits can affect availability at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tubelyst is not liable for any decisions made or content published based on data shown by these tools, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
8. Independence from YouTube
Tubelyst is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this page.
